Jamie started at Swico, the UK distributor for TW Steel and Raymond Weil, as Web & IT Manager in 1997. Nearly two decades of managing every layer of digital infrastructure for major watch brands — from server config and ERP integration to catalogue management and web delivery.

In 2017 Jamie joined Movado Group UK, progressing to Global Ecommerce Development Manager — a role reporting into the US and covering ecommerce delivery across BOSS, Coach, Concord, Ebel, Lacoste, Movado, MVMT, Olivia Burton, Raymond Weil, Tommy Hilfiger and TW Steel. Deep platform ownership, international scope, serious catalogue scale.
ELK Digital — Founded
In 2020 Jamie founded ELK Digital to deliver the same standard of technical work directly — without the agency layer. The client list spans jewellers and watch retailers, B2B service businesses, accountants, creatives and anyone with a complex problem that needs proper technical thinking.
Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress are the core platforms. The trade specialism runs deep when it’s needed. Everything is delivered by Jamie personally.
